2014 is new year, a year of change. This is my journey and I am going to use this blog to keep me honest. I've never done a blog , so bear with me.
I've started Michele Bridges 12week challenge , eek! I've always been reasonably active but my body fights me all the way. With Michele's help I'm planning to be triumphant.
We are riding 3 times a week. Planning on a 100 km ride in Brisbane at Easter. Good challenge .
Climbing Mt Warning maybe around September .
Final challenge for year ride over Buderim. Come on 2014 !!,!
